Following excellent reviews from last year’s Clinton County Conservation Foundation Fall Banquet, the group is again hosting a Prime Rib Fundraising Dinner on November 5th , in the banquet room of the Mississippi River Eco Tourism Center at Rock Creek Marina & Campground.
The evening will feature a full prime rib dinner along with a variety of raffles and silent auction items and a live auction. Tickets for the event are $30. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the dinner at 6p.m. A live auction will
follow the dinner. Tickets are available at the Rock Creek Store 563-259-1876 and from CCCF board members.
Proceeds from this year’s banquet will go towards educational programming and an addition to the Clinton County Conservation Eden Valley Nature Center. The addition will provide much-needed space for educational
programming and other events held at the center. The addition will also provide indoor plumbing and shower facilities to enhance Eden Valley’s camping amenities.
Pre-banquet raffle tickets for a chance at a freezer full of pork including the freezer are being sold for $10 each or three tickets for $20. You need not be present to win this raffle. Several other raffles and auction items the evening of the banquet include river cruises and a variety of outdoor gear and nature-themed items.
