The Clinton School Board & Clinton City Council meet this week-‘read more’ for details and links to agendas The Clinton School Board will be meeting Monday in a regular business session.
Among the business items is the amended contract with the city for School Resource Officers from the Clinton Police Department. The number of officers working within the schools will be reduced from three to two.
The meeting is at 5 P-M at the Administration Building-that’s an earlier starting time than usual.

The Riverbend School Board has a meeting scheduled for Monday. The Board of the Fulton based School District will be accepting comments about a previously approved waiver for physical education. Students in kindergarten through 8th grade would not be required to have P-E classes everyday but instead would be allowed to take art, computer, music and library skills on a rotating basis with P-E.
The meeting is at 6 P-M at the District Office in Fulton.

There are four action items on the agenda for the Clinton City Council business meeting on Tuesday.
During the Committee Of The Whole meeting the council will be reviewing a couple of the strategic goals that have been established.
The business meeting starts at 7 o’clock Tuesday evening with the discussion following the business meeting.

The Clinton County Board is changing the meeting date and location for this week. The Supervisors will be meeting at the Clinton County Fair on Thursday-July 16th at 10 A-M.
