Clinton City Council OK’s deal with Miller Ridge Apartment complex owners over unpaid sewer fees

City officials say it’s a good deal.  They say the unpaid fees were about $538,000-not including penalties, but city faces more legal expenses to try to collect any more.  You can listen to the council discussion and read the formal release on the agreement
