Tentative Schedule Of Governmental Meetings This Week

Clinton City Council, Camanche City Council & Clinton School Board among the bodies meeting this week-‘Read more’ for details and links to the agenda materials.

The Clinton County Board has their regular Monday morning session. The Supervisors meet at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.

The Clinton School Board has a business session today at 5:30 at the Administration Building.

The Riverbend School Board has a business meeting tonight at the Fulton Administrative Office at 6:30.
The board will receive an enrollment update and an update on technology devices for the high school as part of the meeting.

Tuesday will be the meeting date for the Camanche City Council.
The council will swear in the elected officials chosen at the vote in November. The meeting is at 6 o’clock Tuesday evening.

Tuesday is also the special Election Day to fill a vacancy on the council.

The Clinton Finance Committee will be meeting on Wednesday afternoon this week. The panel will review the appeal of A-D-M to lower the property values on some of their facilities and impact on the tax levy and a recommendation for a tax levy. The meeting is at 3:30 at City Hall.

The Clinton City Council has a special meeting on Friday morning. This will be the final meeting of the year.
On the business agenda the council will consider final steps for rezoning land for an apartment complex on the west edge of the city. The council will also consider the agreement with the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
During the Committee Of The Whole session the council will discuss the proposed Public Safety Authority that involves the construction of a new jail.
The meeting will at 9:30 Friday morning at City Hall.
