Clinton is starting to experience an increase in Heroin use and abuse and the leader of a regional anti-abuse effort thinks it will get worse.

Al Fear-a Cedar Rapids Police Officer-has been appointed as the head of the Eastern Iowa Heroin Initiative as part of the U-S Attorney’s Office and he says the latest heroin epidemic started in southeaster Ohio and spread to the East Coast and is now spreading to the West Coast.  Learn more in this interview with Fear & Kristin Huisenga of the local Gateway Impact Coalition
