Tentative Schedule Of Governmental Meetings This Week

The Camanche & Riverbend School Boards plus Fulton and Clinton City Councils on the tentative schedule of meetings this week.

The Camanche School Board has a regular business meeting this evening (Monday).

The board meets at 7:30 at the Camanche School District Administrative Center.

Among the items for consideration is extending the early retirement incentive to the 2016-2017 school year.

The Riverbend School Board meets Monday in a regular session.  The meeting will be at 6:30 at the District Office in Fulton.

The enrollment update and upgrades to the district’s web page are among the reports for the board.

The Fulton City Council meets tonight (Monday).  The session starts at 5:30 at city hall.

The Clinton City Council meets on Tuesday.

The council will consider approving a contract for a new sprinkler system in Central and Lyons stations.

During a Committee Of The Whole session the council will hear an update on a settlement offer from the makers of some of the garbage pickup equipment as the city has sought some reimbursement.

Council member Lynn McGraw has asked the council to discuss large item curbside pickup-although no proposed plan or ideas are included in the agenda material.
