Clinton County Sheriff’s Office reports Calamus break-in

On Wednesday, February 8th, around 12:48 am, a male and female broke into the Calamus Country Store in Calamus Iowa by throwing an object through the glass front door. Surveillance shows a male and female enter the store and take several items.

The suspects leave the store running west and get into what appears to be a small passenger car and drive west on Highway 30.

Suspect 1: dark jacket / hooded sweatshirt
M/W approximately 6’00” medium build
Scruffy beard and shorter shaggy hair

Suspect 2: designer hooded sweatshirt / face covered
F/W approximately 5’06” skinny build
Wearing black rimmed glasses
