The Clinton & Camanche School Board meetings are a couple of the governmental bodies meeting this week-check out the tentative schedule
Monday is the regular business meeting of the Clinton County Board. The Supervisors meet at 9 A-M to review bills and correspondence and the start the business portion of the agenda at 9:15.
Among the items on the agenda is the consideration of approval of Margaret Kuhl as the director of the Justice Coordinating Commission. She was selected by the commission from among the applicants for the post. The County Board has to approve that recommendation.

The Clinton School Board has a committee of the whole session on Monday at 5:30 at the Administration Center.
Among the items for updates to the board are a construction update on the new middle school and a discussion on the results of an open enrollment survey that was conducted by the board.

The Camanche School Board meets on Monday night at 7:30. Among the items for consideration by the Camanche School Board include a settlement with the Camanche Education Association. Listed among the personnel actions is the resignation of Steve Dougherty as high school varsity football coach and hiring of Bob Matthys as the football coach.

Another meeting on Monday is the Riverbend School Board. The board of the Fulton, Illinois based district meets at 6:30 at the District Office.

Monday is also the meeting date for the Fulton, Illinois City Council. The session is at 5:30 PM at the Fulton City Hall.
