The public is invited to the “Red and Black Cancer Attack” benefit at the River City Classic basketball tournament this Friday night at Clinton High School(CHS). The CHS At-Risk Department is partnering with the Athletic Booster Club to raise money in assisting the families of 2 students that are undergoing cancer treatments. Businesses in our community and the CHS Staff have generously donated many fabulous silent auction items. There are many items, including 2 tickets to a Hawkeye game, a night out including wine, dinner, and a movie, and plenty more! The silent auction will start at 6 PM when the first game of the tournament starts and end after the half time of the second game. Come support these 2 families that are facing difficult circumstances during this holiday season and be on hand to cheer your favorite team during the Classic!
