It was two years ago this week that Clinton had what official weather observer Jim Blaess says is a rare weather occurrence. Blaess said that on May 13th two years ago the temperature dropped to 33 which tied a record low for the date and then on May 14th there was a 60 degree swing with a high of 93 which set a record for the date.
Blaess said that big of swing in temperatures from a record low to a record high within 24 hours is rare.
