Beginning today (Tuesday, February 16, 2016) until Friday, February 19, 2016, (weather permitting) the intersection of Pershing and 23rd Avenue North will be open to through traffic from the north, the south and the west but will be closed to all traffic from the east.
Beginning on Monday, February 22, 2016, through Friday, February 26, 2016, (weather permitting), the intersection of Pershing and 23rd Avenue North will be closed to all traffic.
