There was damage to some homes in the Royal Pines Mobile Home Park on the west edge of Clinton in the storms last night.
The Emergency Management Agency helped organize the response.
The EMA reported five trailers were damage in the storm. There were five people with injuries and a gas leak occurred.
Official say there are an estimated 82 residents in the Mobile Home Park along Highway 30 and during the work last night it was believed everyone had been accounted for. The Emergency Management Agency reported about half of those residents were transported to the Clinton Airport for shelter. The Clinton MTA assisted in that effort.
The Red Cross was also at the airport to assist residents with their immediate needs.
Westbound traffic on Highway 30 was closed from the Mill Creek Expressway to the Low Moor exit and traffic rerouted during the emergency response.
The Clinton County Emergency Agency will update damage reports from the storm later today.
