The Clinton County Board, Clinton & Camanche School Boards, Clinton City Council and DeWitt School Board to meet this week.
\The Clinton County Board will consider formal approval of county incentives as part of the Home Base Iowa program.
The County is leading the effort to have the Clinton County recognized under the state program to encourage military personnel move to the state and area after they finish their military service.
The resolution to implement the county incentives is on the agenda for the business meeting this morning.
The county would offer some reimbursement for a veteran to come to Clinton County to interview with a business – plus offering some reimbursement for buying a home in Clinton County and offering to waive the first year fees for opening a business in an unincorporated area of the county.
The Supervisor’s meeting starts at 9:15 this morning (Monday) at the County Administrative Building.

The Clinton School Board meets in a regular business session today.
The board will consider formal approval of the budget for the next school year. Also on the agenda are proposal for cooperative athletic sharing agreement for various boy’s and girl’s sports.

The Clinton City Council meets on Tuesday.
The Council will consider approval several contracts for demolition derelict buildings. Approval of a contract with the Humane Society will also be considered
