The City of Clinton will be constructing a storm sewer in the block of North 3rd Street between 18th Avenue North and 19th Avenue North.
This block will be closed beginning Thursday, April 28, 2016, at 11 a.m. and will last until Friday, May 6, 2016, at 5 p.m.
This road will be closed to all through traffic. Only local traffic will be permitted. Through traffic will be detoured using North 2nd Street during this closure.
