Clinton area weather observer Jim Blaess says that on Sunday November 17th the high was 71 degrees. While it was not a record for the date, he did say that was the latest 70 degree reading since November 18th– 1999 when it was 73.
He says a week later-on Sunday the 24th it dropped to 7 for the low temperature and that was the coldest low since November 17th 1997 when it was 6 degrees.
