Tentative Schedule of Governmental Meetings This Week

The County Board, Clinton School Board and Clinton City Council to meet this week. ‘Read more’ for further details and links to the agenda material.

The Clinton County Board has their regular business session today (Monday).  The Supervisors start the business meeting at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.

A meeting will be held this morning (Monday) concerning the former Allied Steel Site-the location of a coal tar contamination clean up effort.  The State Department Of Natural Resources will host the meeting with a Clinton Citizen Advisory Group.  That meeting is at 10 A-M at Clinton City Hall.

 

The Clinton School Board meets Monday in a regular business session.

Among the business items are a proposal for increasing meal prices, installing security cameras at Clinton High School, continuing the contract with the Thoughtexchange company for gathering public input and the board will consider the evaluation of Superintendent Deb Olson.

Tuesday will be meeting date for the Clinton City Council.

The council will consider formal action to establish a Saturday only route to use the M-T-A trolley that has been in storage for a couple of years.

During the Committee Of The Whole session the council will formally receive the keys to the Eagle Point Park Lodge to signify the Rotary Clubs over one-million dollar renovation of the Lodge.

The council will also consider approval of joining with other law enforcement agencies in the county in a new software purchase for law enforcement records.

The council meets at 7 o’clock Tuesday evening.
