Tentative Schedule Of Governmental Meetings

The County Board, Clinton School, Camanche City and Camanche School Board are among the governmental bodies meeting this week-check the tentative schedule with links to the agendas.

The Clinton County Board has their regular Monday business meeting this morning (Monday).  The Supervisors start the business meeting at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.

The Clinton School Board has a special meeting Monday.  The 4:30 P-M session is to consider refinancing bonds the district is paying off for school construction.  The refinancing may save the district money over the long term pay off period.

The board will consider bids for the refinancing at the meeting.

The Fulton City Council will meet tonight (Monday) in a regular session.  The meeting will start at 5:30 at the Fulton City Hall.

Monday is also the meeting day for the Riverbend School Board.

Among the items to be presented to the board are some options and contingency plans in the event an Illinois State budget is not passed by the start of the school year.

Another meeting on Monday is the Camanche School Board.  They will meet at 7:30 at the Camanche School District Administration Center.

The board will consider increasing  lunch and breakfast prices as part of the requirements of the Paid Lunch Equity Program.

The Camanche City Council meets on Tuesday evening.  The meeting is at 6 o’clock at the Camanche City Hall.

Among the topics is a discussion on replacing the City Administrator.  Tom Roth has submitted his retirement from the position.

The Northeast School Board is meeting on Wednesday evening at 6 o’clock.  The meeting is at the High School Media Center.
