Sunday’s (Dec. 8) snow amounted to 2.2 inches according to Clinton area weather observer Jim Blaess.
That brings the total snowfall for the season – from October through today to 3.3 inches. Blaess says the normal snowfall from October through the end of December is 9.9 inches with 8.3 inches of that total coming in December.
So far, Blaess says this month is colder then normal, but there has not been a zero or below reading yet.
