Clinton police continue an investigation into a reported armed robbery occurring early Saturday morning at the Casey’s on Camanche Avenue.
Police were called to the scene on the report of a robbery.
Officers were met by several employees and customers who reported an unknown male entered the store displayed a handgun-demanding money.
The suspect fled the store with an unknown amount of cash before officer’s arrived.
The suspect was described as wearing all black clothing with some type of black cloth wrapped around his face to conceal his identity.
