The Standing Ovation Volunteer for October is Tom Koester. He was nominated for his efforts volunteering at the Clinton Catholic Historical Center. He received $50 in River City Gold from KROS General Manger Dave Vickers. Koester also can designate a local organization to receive $50 in River City Gold. He chose the Victory Center.
