The Clinton County Board, Camanche School Board & Clinton City Council IOC are among the governmental groups meeting this week – check out the tentative schedule of governmental meetings this week
Monday is the regular meeting of the Clinton County Board. The business session starts at 9:15 at the County Administration Building. Among the regular actions is consideration of a resolution that would ban the use of e-cigarettes or electronic nicotine delivery systems in County Buildings. Last week , Clinton County Attorney Mike Wolf proposed the resolution to ban the use of the e-cigarettes while work is done on a rewrite of an overall policy about tobacco and nicotine use on county property.
The County Board will also review a proposed notification communication could be sent to residents about removing right of way obstructions. The County Engineer discussed the issue earlier with the board. Some of those obstructions could include mail boxes and retaining walls.

Monday is the meeting date for the Fulton City Council. A preliminary budget review is one of the items on the agenda.
The meeting is at 5:30 at the Fulton City Hall.

Monday night the Camanche School Board will be meeting. The business session starts at 7:30 at the school’s Administrative Center.
Among the items on the agenda is an update on district technology plus a list of open enrollment applications.

The Riverbend School Board meets on MONDAY this week. The session is at 6:30 at the River Bend Middle School Multi-Purpose Room.

The Clinton City Council Internal Operations Committee meets on Tuesday morning. The committee is scheduled to consider a garbage pickup rate increase and a hiring freeze.
The meeting will start at 9:30 at city hall.

The Camanche City Council meets on Tuesday night in a regular session.

Wednesday is the meeting day for the Northeast School Board. A list of reports is on the agenda along with other business items.
The meeting starts at 6 P-M at the Elementary Building Library.
