The Clinton County Board and Camanche City Council are scheduled to meet this week-links to the agendas included.
The Clinton County Board has their meeting on Tuesday (March 5) this week instead of the regular Monday meeting.
At the session Tuesday morning the Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the proposed budget for the next fiscal year and are expected to approve the spending plan.
The session will start at 9:15 at the County Administration Building with the budget hear scheduled for 9:30.

The Camanche City Council will be meeting on Tuesday (March 5) evening. The council will consider formal approval of the budget for the next fiscal year.
Camanche city official have stated that due to reallocating salaries, changing water and sewer rates and replacing the Local Option Sales Tax with a one-percent franchise fee the budget provides an increase in public safety and purchase of necessary equipment with no increase in the tax rate. The public hearing on the budget will be the first item on the agenda when the council meets at 6 PM Tuesday.
