The Clinton County Board, Fulton City Council, Clinton School Board, Clinton City Council and Central DeWitt School Board have meetings this week.
The Clinton County Board has a regular Monday session.
Among the items for discussion is a proposed program to help new residents with student loan repayment.
The meeting is at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.

The Clinton School Board has a regular business session today. The meeting is at 5:30 at the school district Administrative Center. Among the items for consideration is a calendar for the next school year and a new agreement with the Camanche School District for an alternative school. Contract agreements with several bargaining units are also on the agenda.

The Fulton City Council will be meeting Monday in a business session and a discussion session. During the business meeting the council will open bids for the Drives Building. The city has considered selling or tearing the building down and this is the latest consideration.

The Clinton City Council meets on Tuesday.
During the business meeting the council will consider action that would move the start times for council meetings to 4:30 from the current time of 7 pm and remain on the schedule of 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month.

During the Committee Of The Whole session the council will hear reports on updating the city’s ordinances to allow a local organization to address the feral cat population in the community. Another proposal is an ordinance governing mobile food vendors or the ‘food trucks’ that have become popular in the community.

The Central DeWitt School Board will be meeting on Friday May 12th this week. Holding a public hearing on the proposed budget and consideration to approve the budget are among the items on the agenda.
The meeting is at 4 pm Friday at the District Administration Center.
