The Clinton and Fulton City Councils will be meeting this week.
The Clinton City Council has a regular meeting today.
Among the items on the agenda is the sale of five acres of land at the Railport to an entity known as Clinton Commercial Properties LLC. The price is 90-thousand dollars.
The council will also consider joining the local coalition of governments joining together to offer to help payback student loans to new residents.
On the consent agenda is a new agreement for naming rights for the Lumberkings Baseball Stadium. Ashford University has withdrawn from its naming rights agreement. The new agreement is with Nelson Corp Wealth Management. The payments total 80-thousand dollars over a three year period. The new name would NelsonCorp Field. The agreement runs from May 28, 2019 to the end of December 2021.

The Fulton, Illinois City Council will be meeting Tuesday. The business meeting will start at 5:30 followed by the Committee Of The Whole.
