Belinda Kifer Is Second Big Winner From Wheatland in Past Month
A Clinton County woman has won a $10,000 lottery prize.
Belinda Kifer of Wheatland won the big prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “$100,000 Mega Crossword” scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Day Break, 102 U.S. Highway 30 in Wheatland, and claimed her prize Thursday at the lottery’s regional office in Cedar Rapids.
