Garbage pickup schedule altered for the holiday this week and street repair projects the topic of recent announcements from City Hall – read the details here:
Because of previous decisions to no longer collect garbage on Saturdays during weeks with a holiday-the schedule this week will be altered slightly due to the Good Friday holiday.
Good Friday is April 18th – which is a holiday for Public Works employees, so there will be NO solid waste/recycling collection on that day. Thursday and Friday’s routes will be collected on Thursday, April 17th.

Notices from Clinton City Hall concern street repairs.
5th Avenue South, from South 1st Street to Riverview Drive, will be closed Monday, April 14, 2014, until Monday, April 21, 2014.
A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at City Hall, 611 South 3rd Street, Clinton, Iowa.
The purpose of this meeting to provide information on the upcoming Kenilworth Court and Argyle Court Rehabilitation project.
