The Des Moines Register’s Bike Ride Across Iowa (RAGBRAI) will end in Clinton for the sixth time.
The ride across Iowa will end at the Mississippi on July 25th after the overnight in Maquoketa on Friday.
The ride will start in Le Mars on July 19th with riders stopping overnight in Storm Lake, Fort Dodge, Iowa Falls, Waterloo, Anamosa and Maquoketa.
The announcement was made in a ceremony in Des Moines Saturday.
Clinton was the end of the ride in 1978, 1985, 1994, 2004 and 2012.
