Nearly 84,000 Calls For Service Handled By The Clinton County Communications Center in 2019

Operators at the Center processed 83,957 ‘calls for service’ in 2019 (agency breakdown can be seen below).  That was an 18.76% increase from 2018.  That means there were an average of 230 calls per day or 9.6 calls per hour or a call every 6.25 minutes.  Clinton County Communications Center Director Eric Dau discusses the the role of the Communications Center in this conversation with KROS’s Dave Vickers.
