To limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus the City of Fulton Illinois, City Hall and Police Department reception area is closed until March 31. The state and county health departments have suggested that our personal interactions could pose a possible transfer of the virus.

The deadline for water bill payments has been extended to March 31 for this month only, March 2020.
Issuing building permits will be suspended until March 31st unless this causes a hardship. Such exceptions can be discussed with the zoning officer.
