The founder of the Victory Center, Reverend Ray Gimenez, has been honored with the Clinton Human Rights Commission’s annual award. This award is described as an “acknowledgement of persons or groups who embody the spirit of human rights.” He was honored for his work to aid the homeless and the needy in the community through the Victory Center and many other efforts. Reverend Ray Gimenez accepted the award at a ceremony Monday afternoon at city hall.
