Easter Ham/Thanksgiving Turkey
Participating sponsors are assigned an Easter Egg Color/Turkey Feather Color in ads airing Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday of the designated week. On Thursday and Friday of the designated week the on-air talent requests phone calls to participate with the callers asked to name the business and corresponding colors. The on-air person how many of the sponsors/colors the caller must name to be a winner. That number is announced in announcing the request for calls.
The winners are mailed certificates from the major participating sponsor food store.
The contest typically runs for 2 weeks, but the duration is set each cycle dependent on sales staff and other on-air activities.

Grid Gallop
Based on college and NFL Football games. Runs for the typical duration of the season(s) (generally 12-13 weeks). Weekly winner received $100 or designated prize.
Participates picked of sheets at participating sponsors and return to those sponsors or the studio location. Participating sponsors are promoted on-the-air and on the KROS website.
Typically 20 games are on the card. Participants must select their choice to win each game and select the final score for the designation tie-breaker game. Errors in games on the care are disregarded. Winner is based on the best record of the games on the card. Tie-breaker one is the closest to score on tie-breaker game. Second tie-breaker is a blind draw by station staff.
Must be 21 years old or older. All entries are property of KROS. Entries should be returned to participating sponsor by end of business on Thursday or the studio by end of business on Friday. Entries submitted via USPS must be postmarked by Friday of the contest week.

NCAA Basketball Tournament
Participating sponsors are randomly assigned a team when the NCAA BB Tournament reaches the final 16. Listeners can register at participating sponsors. An entrant from the business assigned the team winning the tournament is declared the winner. The winner receives a package of prizes assembled by KROS valued at least $200. Package will vary each year dependent on availability of items/certificates/etc.
