Constellations tells the unlikely love story of Roland, a bee-keeper, and Marianne, a theoretical physicist, in a way that feels more like a binge-worthy TV show than an old-fashioned play. It opened Broadway in 2015 in a production starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Ruth Wilson. The New Yorker called it: “a singular astonishment … brilliant and witty.”
