Effective immediately the City of Clinton will now process all records requests through the City’s CivicWeb site.
Citizens and requestors can submit requests through the “Open Records Request” portion of the CivicWeb main webpage: /Portal/. Requestors will immediately receive a tracking number and will have the ability to virtually check the status of their request. Fulfilled requests will be published and available online. Transitioning to online records requests processing is yet another tool the City of Clinton has implemented to improve transparency and provide prompt and efficient customer service.
