What will it take to be a record low overnight in the Clinton area – official weather observer Jim Blaess says the record for July 16th is 51 that was set in 1930 and tied in 1945.
The record low for today – July 15th is 48 that was set in 1930 and tied in 1967. It was 52 this morning for the official low.
Blaess says the normal high for this time of year is in the mid-80’s.
