On 9/3/23 around 8:00 AM, Clinton County Communications Center received a 911 call reporting an adult male missing from Grand Mound Iowa. His name is James Lawyer. He is on foot and was last seen south of Grand Mound in the 2100 block of 270th street. He is 83 years old. He was last seen wearing multicolored blue plaid pants and a red sweater with a blue t-shirt underneath it. He is 5ft 7in and about 147lbs. He has dementia and is hard of hearing.
