The Iowa Department of Transportation has advised that bridge cleaning on the North Bridge (Highway 136 bridge) will begin the week of June 10, 2024.
The work will occur from 8:00 P.M. until 6:30 A.M. on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
There will be intermittent nighttime lane closures on the bridge while cleaning is occurring.
The project is estimated to conclude by June 21, 2024.
