Joint Statement by Clinton County and the City of Clinton

Clinton County and the City of Clinton are pleased to announce that we have reached a mutually agreeable resolution regarding the litigation related to the Lincolnway Industrial Rail and Airpark. After thoughtful and constructive discussions, both parties have agreed on a payment plan that will allow the City of Clinton to fulfill its obligations to Clinton County in a manner that benefits both our community and our taxpayers.

This resolution marks a significant step forward in our partnership. We are excited to put this matter behind us and to continue working collaboratively on projects that will drive economic growth and enhance the quality of life in our region. The Lincolnway Industrial Rail and Airpark is a critical asset for our community, and we are committed to leveraging its potential to attract new businesses, create jobs, and foster sustainable development.
