CLIVE, Iowa — An eastern Iowa man has won a $250,000 lottery prize.
Justin Butt of Bryant won the 11th top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Lucky 7 Bonus” scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at BP, 1006 N. Columbus St. in West Liberty, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery’s Cedar Rapids regional office.
