Adcraft Announces New State-of-the-Art Facility in Clinton

CLINTON, IA — October 25, 2024 — Adcraft, a leading provider of custom apparel and
merchandise, is proud to announce the construction of its new 36,000 sq. ft. headquarters in the
Lyons Business & Technology Park in Clinton, IA. The modern facility will enhance the working
environment for employees and elevate the overall experience for clients.
The newheadquarters will feature a retail store offering sporting goods, fan gear, and outlet
merchandise. It will also include two leased spaces for foodservice tenants, providing convenient
dining options for neighboring businesses and employees in the area.

tenant spaces for a complete customer experience.
● Client-Focused Showroom: A state-of-the-art custom apparel lab and showroom
designed for an enhanced client experience.
● Workspacesfor Creativity: Dynamic office spaces, breakrooms, conference rooms, and a
marketing studio to foster collaboration and creativity.
● Increased Production Efficiency: A streamlined warehouse and production layout,
allowing for increased order capacity and even faster turnaround times.
Adcraft, founded in 1974 by Terry & Barb Sullivan, is a family owned and operated business
offering custom apparel & merchandise services nationwide. In 2012, two of their sons, Dan and
Colin Sullivan, took over ownership, continuing the legacy.
Adcraft’s acquisition of longtime team dealer Temple’s Sporting Goods in 2014 expanded their
product range and brand offerings including retail sporting goods.
