Bettendorf, IA — November 11, 2024: Build to Suit Inc, in partnership with BTS Development and the City of Clinton are pleased to announce a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Clinton townhome project, signaling exciting growth for the community. The ceremony will take place on November 18, 2024, at 8:00 AM at the project site, located at 1000 S 4th St, Clinton, IA.
When completed, four townhomes will be available for purchase, with prices starting at
$274,900. Each three-bedroom, two-bathroom dwelling will include a secured two-car garage with just under 1,500 SF of living space. Through a creative structure with the City of Clinton, these homebuyers will be eligible to receive a $7,500 homebuyer grant, which they can use to build in equity or buy down their interest rate with their lender.
This project would not be possible without funding from the City of Clinton, the EPA Brownfields grant program, ECIA, DNR and Quad City Bank & Trust.
