Natural Wreath Class
On Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. there will be a Natural Wreath Class held at the Wapsi River Environmental Education Center in Dixon, IA. Join Naturalist Mike and learn how to make a natural wreath. Grapevine will be used to create a wreath base which will then be decorated with pine boughs, pine cones, seeds, and nuts. Participants may bring items to decorate and personalize their own creation. There is a fee of $10 per wreath. Online registration is required. The Wapsi River Environmental Education Center can be found 6 miles south of Wheatland or 1 mile northwest of Dixon, Iowa by taking County Road Y4E. Then turn north at 52nd Avenue and follow the signs for about 1 mile.
