Public Open House for 700 Block of South 4th Street Redevelopment Plan Rescheduled to January 23, 2025

The public open house meeting for the 700 Block of South 4th Street Redevelopment Plan project originally scheduled for Wednesday, December 11th from 10AM to12PM at the Clinton Public Library has been rescheduled and will now take place on January 23rd, 2025 from 3PM to 5PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall (611 South 3rd Street).

Neighborhood residents and businesses, as well as the public, are invited and encouraged to attend. We hope you will stop by at your convenience to share your thoughts with the planning team on the future of the 700 Block of South 4th Street. Business owners and residents in the neighborhood will receive an invitation via mail in advance of the event.

This planning project is being conducted utilizing federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funds granted to the East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) to help support brownfield redevelopment efforts in ECIA’s territory. The City of Clinton was awarded grant funds from ECIA to help envision how future redevelopment could occur in this area. Eocene and Confluence are assisting the City and ECIA in this endeavor.
