DeWitt Noon Lions announce 56th Travelogue Series

The DeWitt Noon Lions have announced their 2025 Travelogue series for its 56th season. Travels around the world begin Tuesday, March 4 and continue on the first and third Tuesday of every month through May 20, 2025. This year there will be one show only at 3:00 p.m. at the DeWitt Operahouse Theater in downtown DeWitt.

Every effort will be made to present the Travelogue on the day scheduled, however if inclement weather requires a cancellation, the information will be posted at the theater or contact 563-370-9394. If Central DeWitt Community Schools are canceled or scheduled to be released early by 1:00 p.m., Travelogue will also be canceled.

A $5.00 donation is suggested. The proceeds support local community projects such as Referral Center, DeWitt Library, KidSight, Diabetes Awareness, Camp Courageous and Camp Hertko Hollow.

Additional details will be provided as the presenters continue to “fine tune” their presentations. The features include:

March 4: Lisa Gottschalk “Africa’s Wildlife – On Safari in Botswana, Zambia and Victoria Falls”

March 18: Don Thiltgen “Time in Vietnam, Revisit 2024” Popcorn Day

April 1: Katie Green “The Walking Journey of Camino de Santiago: Portugal & Spain”
