Transition to SeeClickFix 311 CRM Ticket Software

As part of the City’s ongoing commitment to enhancing communication and problem resolution for our residents, the City will be transitioning from the Comcate ticket system to SeeClickFix 311 CRM at the end of March / beginning of April 2025.

The ticket system can be used to report a variety of issues or concerns, including but not limited to: missed trash/garbage pickup, potholes, street light outages, code violations, ADA grievances, animal concerns, and more.

What will be improved with SeeClickFix?

 Improved Usability & Navigation: SeeClickFix offers a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, ensuring smoother interactions for residents.

 Better Performance: SeeClickFix will provide a more reliable service.

 Support Right on the City Website: SeeClickFix will be embedded on the City website and residents will not be transferred to an external site to input requests.

The City will be working closely with the SeeClickFix team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

For any questions or concerns regarding the transition to SeeClickFix, please reach out to the City Clerk’s office at (563) 244-3421.
