A new director of the Clinton Y-W-C-A has been named. The Marketing Director at the ‘Y’ Shannon Sander-Welzien has been hired as the new director.
She replaces Lori Freudenberg who left to take another job in the community. Sander-Welzein has been involved with the Clinton Y-W since 2005 and has served as the Marketing Director for the past five years.
The board conducted a nationwide search in the process to find a new director.
Sander-Welzien received her undergraduate degree in Business AND Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa, with a minor in Women Studies
