Clinton County Conservation Board has named Camanche, 5th grade science teacher, Whitney Veenstra as the Teacher of the Semester. Every semester, Clinton County Conservation Board selects a teacher to be recognized for
their efforts in conservation education.
Mrs. Veenstra utilizes the programming from Clinton County Conservation Board Naturalists during the
winter months in her classroom. She is also planning a trip with all of the 5th grade class to Rock Creek in April for more hands-on learning in the field.
