The City of Clinton has declared a Snow Emergency to be in effect from: 6 pm Saturday, January 31st, until Monday, February 2nd at Noon.
If vehicles have not been removed by 8:00 pm on Saturday, January 31, 2015, the Clinton Police Department will enforce the ticket and/or towing process.
