A list of more than 20 potential witnesses that could take the stand in the city of Clinton’s legal malpractice suit was detailed during the first day of trial Monday.
During jury selection Monday morning, attorney Bob Waterman with Davenport firm Lane and Waterman, who is representing defendant Michael Walker, detailed the witness list to ensure potential jurors did not know any of the witnesses.
