Victory Center Stories

The Victory Center Rescue Mission was founded by Reverend Ray Gimenez in 1987 and operates as a Christian based organization that provides shelter and services to homeless men, women, and women w/children.

Victory Center Rescue Mission of Clinton, Iowa does not accept any federal, state or city funding. Our Ministries are totally supported through the generous tax-deductible contributions and donations of churches and supporters. To donate, Please send a check to PO Box 1694, Clinton, IA 52732 or make a gift online.

We ask that you please call ahead 563.242.9016 before dropping off any items. Also we can provide you with a tax-deductible receipt for the donation upon request.

Victory Center Rescue Mission of Clinton, IA is recognized by both federal and state governments as a nonprofit, charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Women Shelter is included in this status.
